Em Harris Yoga
Yoga teacher - 200hr RYT (Vinyasa, Yin and Nidra)

I teach Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Vinyasa yoga sequences Asana (poses) so they ‘flow’ together and are combined with the breath. Yin Yoga is a more passive practice, with postures being held for longer.

I believe yoga is for everyone and that all bodies are not the same. I offer options in class, so everyone can feel included. I offer group lessons and workshops, check my schedule for details. Contact me for private lessons.
