A weekly movement class intended to nourish your body, support your nervous system, and welcome a sense of joy, connection, inspiration and grounding. I'll guide you through a series of gentle mobility exercises, subtly strengthening movements, satisfying stretches, the occasional breath awareness practice, and always leave you with plenty of space to rest and recharge.
