You can cancel or transfer your class ticket up to 12 hours before a class is scheduled to start. Your refund will be processed manually, therefore please allow a few days for this to appear back in your credit/debit card. If you have booked using a class pass, this will automatically be reapplied to your account.
If you cancel your class less than 12 hours before a class you will not be entitled to a refund and you will be unable to transfer your booking to another class of your choice. If you have booked using a class pass, you will forfeit one class pass credit and your allocation will be reduced by one pass.
