  1. Cancellations/transfers need to be made by the participant, no later than 3 hours before the specified class.
  2. Pippa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to insufficient participants. In such cases a booking to a rescheduled date will be made automatically.
  3. If an automatic reschedule is not suitable, the participant can transfer the booking to another date.
  4. For any uncertainties please message Pippa via Facebook, phone or email.
