Refunds are only granted at the discretion of the Glo-Babies leader. All bookings are final. Cancellations and refunded sessions are dealt with on a case by case basis. In the case of a cancelled session as a result of Glo-Babies not being able to operate, we shall endeavour to organise cover however where this is not possible class credit or alternative dates will be offered.
