Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring we can continue to provide high-quality sessions for all families.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booking are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable, as your place has been reserved and prepared for your visit.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
We will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend session times for late arrivals.

Illness
If your child or a member of your household is unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a reschedule at our discretion, depending on circumstances.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In exceptional cases, we may offer a credit or alternative arrangement at our discretion.
