Deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date may be eligible for a credit transfer to a future event. No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event or for non-attendance. If the organiser cancels or postpones an event, a full refund will be offered or a transfer to a future date at no cost.
