🌈 Welcome to Imagine Station CIC
We offer a range of calm, inclusive play sessions for children and families, designed to support imaginative play, sensory exploration and relaxed social interaction in a welcoming environment.

Our schedule includes:
Weekend Play Sessions
Baby & Toddler Sessions
After School Play Sessions
Exclusive Hire and Birthday Parties

All sessions are parent/carer led, and children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.

🎂 Birthday Parties & Private Hire
Birthday parties and exclusive hire are booked via enquiry to allow us to manage availability and ensure exclusive use of the space.
You’ll see Party Enquiry and Exclusive Hire Enquiry options listed on the schedule for the 1st of each month — these are not bookings, but a way to tell us what you’re looking for that month. We’ll then confirm availability and next steps.

ℹ️ Please Note
Some sessions may not appear on certain dates due to private bookings.
Session availability may vary during school holidays.

Polityka zwrotu pieniędzy

Refunds & Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, you may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the session.
Where possible, we will transfer your booking to an alternative session, subject to availability.
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows cannot be refunded or credited.
We understand that unexpected situations arise.
At our discretion, we may offer a one-time transfer in cases such as:

  • Illness
  • Family emergency Proof may be requested.

Party and private hire bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
Date changes may be considered with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

If we need to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
A transfer to another session
