Within this 60 minute session you will be shown how to operate the reformer safely and guided on how to use all of the reformer accessories. To further build your confidence, and so that you can progress to using the reformer more autonomously, you will also get to try out several series of exercises taken from the reformer repertoire.

Our client’s safety is of the utmost importance which is why all new clients are required to attend an induction and intro to the reformer session.
