Cancellation, Transfers & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, especially with little ones, so we aim to be as flexible as possible:
• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a refund or transfer to another session.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
• Where possible, we may offer a one-time transfer to another session at our discretion.
• Missed sessions or non-attendance are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a session is cancelled by Jadey’s Sensory & Messy Play, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
