Through long held Yin postures and guided yogic sleep meditation, you will;

•Calm your nervous system
•Relax and slow your mind
And leave fully rested and rebalanced.
Please wear comfy clothing
Bring your mat, cushion, blanket and any other props to make your practice more supportive.
