Bookings are non refundable in the event of sickness or an inability to attend for any reason. Please only book if you intend your child to join.
If unforeseen circumstances arise and you wish to alter a booking we will endeavour to fill your child’s place and offer an alternative date. We require a minimum of a weeks notice and charge an admin fee of £5 per session booked.
If we cancel a session due to adverse weather conditions or government guidance we will offer an alternative date or issue a credit note for the full fee.
