If you've paid and been unable to cancel within the 12hr cancellation window a 50% refund will be returned to you.
Definitions:
Early cancel = Cancellation more than 24 hours before class start time
Late cancel = Cancellation less than 12 hours before class start time
No shows = Booking not cancelled or attended. Multiple No Shows will result in the right to book being temporarily suspended, so please remember to cancel if you can’t make it, as a courtesy to your teacher and fellow Barre Class attendees.
