Mama Wellness is a beautiful and tranquil created with love by Claire Porter, Qualified and experienced Sound Therapist, Womb Healer, Circle Holder, 300 hour yoga teacher specialising in embodied yoga for women's cycles, pregnancy and postpartum.

Welcoming men and women to our popular Soundbaths sessions at Ffynnon Flow.

Claire, leads all her sessions with love whether you're booking, a soundbath, Circle or one to one session.

We do not offer a refund on classes missed due to illness or just missing a class if you are booking for a course.
However in exceptional circumstances such as hospitalisation or a world pandemic, a replacement class can be offered at a later date.
In the case of online classes, a backup session can be sent out to you via email also.
In the event that the class teacher is sick or cannot make a class due to a family emergency a replacement class will be added at a later date.
In the event that the teacher cannot attend class due to a world pandemic, online classes will be offered as a replacement instead.
No cash refunds will be available at anytime.
