These are gentle, friendly classes designed for people who want to move more comfortably, build confidence, and feel part of a supportive group.

Classes are suitable for those managing joint pain, returning after illness, or simply looking for a more thoughtful approach to movement.

You’re very welcome to try different classes and find what suits you best — many people enjoy coming more than once a week and they enjoy up to half price classes as a reward.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before class if needed and transfer your booking to another class.

After this time, the session will be charged as your space has been reserved.
