MEL'S BELLS - 45 minutes
馃挭馃徎Kettlebells are a fantastic and efficient tool for a total body workout.
馃挭馃徎I am trained in Hardstyle Kettlebells and use these principles to teach women how to build strength, cardio fitness and bags of self confidence!
馃挭馃徎As with all of my classes, participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and capacity to achieve the fitness results they are looking for.
馃挭馃徎Entry in to my classes requires an initial training period of at least 4 weeks to master the basic swing, squat and press. If you have experience using kettlebells, you can opt for a one off assessment for entry.
