Join us at The Drop Off Café in Edenfield for a monthly Thursday evening sound bath - an opportunity to quite literally drop off the busyness of the outside world and drop back into yourself 🕊️
For one hour, give yourself permission to pause, breathe and simply be. Settle into deep relaxation as soothing sounds and vibrations wash over you, creating space to slow down, reconnect with your body and allow the stresses of the week to gently fall away 🤍

🌿 Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion to ensure you're comfortable throughout the session.
⭐ We'll begin promptly at 7.00pm. Please try to arrive a few minutes early to get settled before we start.
