Non-Refundable Booking
Once a booking has been made, tickets are non-refundable.

Due to the limited number of places available on this course, and the difficulty in filling spaces at short notice, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or non-attendance.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another suitable person with prior notice, subject to approval.
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a transfer to an alternative date, at our discretion.
