Your booking reserves a place for the full Everyday Dogs course. As places are limited, course fees are non-refundable if you cancel or are unable to attend.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or partial refunds for individual sessions missed during the course.
If you can no longer attend the course, please contact Sorrel Beth Canine Services as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may be able to transfer your place to another suitable course or participant, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If Sorrel Beth Canine Services needs to cancel a session, we will arrange an alternative date wherever reasonably possible. If the course itself is cancelled by us and an appropriate alternative cannot be provided, affected fees will be refunded.
