Come and enjoy a peaceful evening yoga class in the Songbird garden studio, nestled amongst the trees.
Yoga Nidra translates to ‘yogic sleep' and 1 hour is said to be the equivalent of 3 hours sleep.
Expect subtle music, candlelight, soft scent and organic hot cacao to finish. A warm and cosy space where you will leave feeling nurtured, relaxed and peaceful.
We'll do a little gentle movement, some calming breath work and then a totally restorative guided relaxation linked to the season. You may experience a beautiful state of calm awareness, somewhere between deep sleep and being fully awake.
Please note tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. Transfer to another person is possible with at least 48 hours notice.

We have some parking available in our driveway but lift sharing or walking, if possible, is a great option to maintain the quiet, chilled ambience!
