Here are the main points you need to know when attending this workshop:
Please bring your own mat, for your own comfort, if possible. The studio is fully equipped with all other props/equipment for your use during class.
Please arrive in your yoga clothes (layers are best)
Bring a filled water bottle with you.
Doors open around 5-10 minutes before class.
Please place your shoes on the rack outside the door.

The Yoga Shed is accessed through the green doorway, set back slightly from the main path between "Occassions" and the Co-op. Walk through the green door and follow the covered walkway straight to the studio door.
There is a small car park charge for parking in the square (max 80p for 3 hours) which can be paid in cash at the machines or using the RingGo App. Alternatively, free parking is available at the community centre and old railway - about 5-8 mins walk away.
