Temple of She Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Temple of She is a small, independent business with limited spaces available across classes, events, retreats and programmes. When you book, that space is reserved for you and may prevent another woman from booking.
Please read the following policy before making your booking.
Yoga & Dance Classes
All yoga, belly dance and burlesque class bookings are non refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another available class provided you cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, are non refundable and non transferable.
Transfers are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
Women’s Circles, Sound Immersions, Shamanic Journeying & Workshops
Bookings for Women’s Circles, Sound Immersions, Shamanic Journeying, workshops and other one off events are non refundable due to the limited number of spaces available.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
You are responsible for finding the person who will take your place and providing Temple of She with their details before the event.
Bookings cannot be transferred as credit towards another class, event, retreat or treatment.
Retreats
All retreat bookings are non refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person provided at least 7 days’ notice is given.
You are responsible for finding the person who will take your place and providing Temple of She with their details.
Retreat payments cannot be transferred as credit towards another retreat, class, event or treatment.
Courses & Multi Session Programmes
Courses and programmes sold as a series of sessions are booked as a complete programme.
Once a programme has begun, payments are non refundable.
If you choose to withdraw from a programme or are unable to attend individual sessions, refunds or credits will not be provided for missed or remaining sessions.
Where a programme is paid by instalments, booking onto the programme represents a commitment to the full programme fee. Withdrawing or missing sessions does not automatically cancel any remaining agreed payments.
Any specific cancellation or transfer arrangements shown on the individual programme booking page will also apply.
Memberships
Membership payments are non refundable once payment has been taken.
Classes, events or other benefits included within a membership have no individual cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit if unused.
Any cancellation notice period stated within your membership terms will continue to apply.
Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes arise.
Any exception to this policy will be considered individually and is entirely at the discretion of Temple of She. Consideration of exceptional circumstances does not guarantee a refund, transfer or credit.
If Temple of She Cancels
If Temple of She needs to cancel a class, event, retreat or programme session, you will be offered an appropriate alternative, which may include a transfer to another suitable session, credit towards a future booking or a refund for the cancelled booking or session.
This does not apply where a class or event is able to go ahead but you personally choose not to attend.
By completing a booking with Temple of She, you confirm that you have read and accepted the refund, cancellation and transfer policy applicable to your booking.
