Due to administrative and payment processing costs, bookings are non-refundable except as set out below.
You may transfer your booking to an alternative date or session, subject to availability, provided this is done at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. Transfers can be made via your BookWhen account.
Bookings that are not attended and have not been transferred in advance will be treated as a no-show and are not eligible for refund or transfer.
If an event or session is cancelled by The Pioneer Club, you will be offered either:
a full credit to your BookWhen account for use against a future booking; or
a refund to your original payment method upon request.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
