A Few Helpful Things to Know This February

You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced to come along. Our classes are taught slowly, with clear guidance and plenty of options, making them especially supportive during the quieter winter weeks. You’re always encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you.
