This 5 week course is ideal for those who have previously attended a beginner’s yoga course or classes and are familiar with the basics, and who are ready to deepen their practice. With a focus on safe alignment, sun salutations, mindful movement, breath awareness, and gradual progression. This course is designed to help you progress week on week in a friendly, relaxed environment to enable you to try other classes on our timetable after the course if you wish.
