YOGA & CRYSTAL SOUND BATH

Relax in our cosy studio with a blissful gentle yoga flow with Freya (suitable for all levels), followed by bathing your soul in the soothing sounds of the crystal sound bowls and other beautiful instruments played by Amy at Sacred Sounds. We will end this workshop with an oracle card pull, herbal tea and homemade ginger cake. The perfect Friday night of self care.
