Refunds – If, having attended your first '"in-person' TinyTalk Class, you decide that it is not for you then a refund of the full fees you have paid less that first class fee can be requested. This must be done within 24 hours of that first class. After this, no refund will be provided, unless in extenuating circumstances and at the teachers discretion. Places are booked per half term. If you are unable to make a session, for whatever reason, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are unable to make a session then we offer you the chance to attend another session that week in person or online (where places are available) or send a friend in your place (This needs to arranged with the teacher prior to the class) Each case will be considered on an individual basis.

PAYGO Sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to make a session, for whatever reason, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are unable to make a session then we offer you the chance to attend another session that week in person or online (where places are available) or send a friend in your place (This needs to arranged with the teacher prior to the class) Each case will be considered on an individual basis.

General Cancellations: In the unlikely event that I must cancel a class because I am physically unable to run it (i.e. illness or other unforeseen circumstances or events beyond my control) then I will seek to arrange an extra class at the end of that term, most likely in the holiday week(s). Where I am running other classes in that missed week (in person or online) where places remain, I will offer attendance at those classes in preference first. In exceptional circumstances where it is not possible for you to attend the alternative classes offered, then I will deduct cancelled class fee(s) against the next term's fees or refund the cancelled class fee(s) for those not returning. No administration fee will apply in this case.
