Outdoor yoga classes for all people to support you to find calm, strength and balance internally and externally.
Each session includes breathwork and stretching, moving into sun salutations followed by a mixture of yoga poses which might focus a specific body area (ie hips, shoulders, core etc) or on a specific aim (positivity, calm, energy, confidence) and will be very much dependent on the needs of the class. The class will end with a beautiful relaxation.
Classes are adapted for beginner to intermediate levels. Beginners 100% welcome.
These classes are body positive and will be fully inclusive of anyone who would like to experience yoga with a very warm welcome.
Optional swim: you're welcome to join us for a swim post yoga up at the reservoir - please note I am not insured to lead a swimming group so all swims at your own risk
Cancellation: classes will only be cancelled if there's a storm warning (ie yellow/amber/red weather alert)

Welcome! Here's some details...
Venue:
We will meet at the cafe at Flotterstone car park
Timekeeping:
Please arrive 5 minutes early to the class if you can - I know life happens but if you can give yourself time to settle in. As we are meeting as a group, if you're late this impacts everyone else getting starting so please be mindful of others.
The yoga class is 45 minutes long.
Bring:
- Your own yoga mat (for hygiene). If you need a mat, please let me know in advance.
- Clothes that suit the weather... as we're outside the weather can be variable so have layers you can add on... if in doubt, go for warmer clothes
- If it's hot and sunny - make sure you have water/sunscreen etc
- If it's colder, bring socks and a hat and warm drink
Optional swim:
There's the option to swim after at Glencorse Reservoir.

What happens if bad weather:
The event will be cancelled if there's a yellow, amber or red weather alert and full refund given. If there's just some rain, a bit windy, cold etc - the event will still go ahead.
Cancellation policy:
As a small business and being fully self employed, unless in exceptional circumstances, 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change your class. Please book mindfully. Thanks for your understanding.
