Breath work, yoga, antenatal education and relaxation combine beautifully, to support you in your pregnancy and prepare you for a positive birth.
Bring a mat and a cushion of you own for comfort if you like. I do have spares if needed. Please bring some water, it is important to stay hydrated. You will be required to fill out a health questionnaire before your first class.
