Cancellation Policy
Classes or sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice online or through the app
online Classes must be cancelled with at least 12 hours notice online or through the app
Courses must be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice online or through the app before the start of the course
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once course has started
Private yoga classes (appointments) must be cancelled by phone with at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
Workshops must be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice in writing by email
Retreats must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy for that specific event
Cancellations made by any other means are not valid
Valid cancellations result in a credit being added to your account
Cancellations that do not meet the cancellation requirements will not be refunded
If a member continually ‘late cancels’ i.e. cancels a class with less notice than stipulated in the cancellation policy, I reserve the right to remove the member from future classes.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged in full. If you are unable to make a booked class, you must cancel or reschedule online or using the app.
If Vicks Yoga cancels a class/workshops/ retreat we will credit your account with the service, but no refund will be given.
