A 1-2-1 session will be tailored to suit the needs of the individual, and can be perfect for someone just starting out, someone in recovery from an injury or a operation, or with a health condition that benefits from the support of walking with poles, or even a seasoned Nordic Walker who might like to refresh their technique to make most of walking with Nordic Walking poles.
