Join me for a deeply nourishing weekend of Yoga, Ayurveda and seasonal living, created to help you slow down, restore balance and reconnect with your natural rhythms as we move towards winter.
Set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside, this retreat offers time away from the demands of everyday life — space to practise, rest, learn, eat nourishing food, spend time in nature and simply be.
Throughout the weekend we’ll explore the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda through accessible, practical teachings and embodied practices.
You can expect:
No previous knowledge of Ayurveda is needed and all levels of yoga experience are welcome.
We’ll be staying for two nights at beautiful Potash Barns in the Suffolk countryside.
Accommodation is in comfortable shared bedrooms, usually with 2–3 guests per room. If you’re attending with a friend and would like to share together, please let me know when booking and I’ll do my best to arrange this.
Travel to and from Potash Barns is not included.

The retreat takes place at Potash Barns, Suffolk. Full arrival information, directions and the final retreat schedule will be emailed to you closer to the weekend.
Accommodation is shared, with approximately 2–3 guests per bedroom.
If you are attending with a friend and would like to share a room together, please let me know when booking. If you're coming alone, don't worry — I'll arrange the rooms thoughtfully.
All meals during the retreat will be vegetarian and are included in the retreat price.
Please make sure you tell me when booking about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements so that these can be discussed in advance.
A full packing list will be sent to you before the retreat. For now, you can expect to bring:
Yoga equipment will be available for our practices, although you are very welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Please let me know before the retreat about any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect your participation in yoga, meditation or other retreat activities.
All practices are invitational and you are always encouraged to rest or modify anything you need to during the weekend.
