Hi everyone. Going forward, I plan to put a screen shot of the booking system page for that day in each chat on a Thursday before class so that you can easily see whether you are booked in or not. You will also see whether you have double booked which has sometimes happened.

There is no automatic refund on cancellation of bookings in this system. Should you need/wish to cancel a booking you have made you can contact me direct to do this. If you wish, you can request a class ticket transfer but please note this transfer is only applicable if the cancellation happens at least 24 hours before the commencement of the original class booked. Ticket transfer can be to a future date or to another time on the original date if requested. This also means you are reimbursed fully rather than receiving a reduced fee towards a future class due to bank fees charged at this end on all tickets booked. With thanks.
