Gardeners yoga time!...
An outdoor class for avid gardeners to learn tips for use in daily life to ease the common aches and pains associated with digging, weeding etc!
Please reserve your place in advance so you can be contacted with access details and in case of any change to arrangements due to weather etc!
We'll be barefoot on the grass, or come wearing soft comfy shoes. Please bring a blanket and cushion for the relaxation and a water bottle / flask. There's a compost loo onsite (or the bushes!!!)
