Planet Soccer/Sports7 does not issue refunds for any reason, including non-attendance unless the club has been cancelled by the company. For holiday camps only, a credit note may be issued in the event of injury or illness of a child booked onto a week long holiday camp, subject to the company receiving written notice of non-attendance 24 hours after the start of the affected day. A medical certificate may be required.
Planet Soccer/Sports7 are unable to issue credit notes or refunds due to a venue we use for any holiday camps or clubs closing, a school closure or cancellation of any session by the school that affects the after school or before clubs.
If Planet Soccer, Sports7 cancels a club or camp, for any reason within our control, we shall do so with as much notice as possible and you will be offered a full refund. In the event of unsuitable weather or other circumstances beyond our control, camps are subject to change. In the unlikely case that we are unable to run camps due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a credit note within 7 working days that can be used to book a camp on another day and within 6 months of issue.
