If you’re not attending a Beginners Pilates course we offer a consultation 1:1 for £45 or a 45min 1:1 & 5 classes for £75. We recommend doing a 1:1 session 1st so we can assess your posture, go through any medical conditions and take you through the Pilates basics before attending a class & we can then advise you on the best class for your needs and ability.
