Deposit of £10 is required to secure the booking. This will be deducted off your purchase at the appointment time.

A refund of your deposit shall be given if you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your appointment. After this time (less than 48 hours to your appointment) you may transfer your deposit to another date/venue that is available.
Unfortunately if you miss your appointment with no notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
