No refunds are offered for customer cancellations, change of mind, or non-attendance.
Full refund or reschedule will be provided if we cancel the camp.
Tickets may be transferred to another child or date up to 48 hours before the event (subject to availability).
In genuine exceptional circumstances, we may offer a credit or transfer at our discretion.
