This gentle yet effective workout is designed to help you recondition your body, promoting ease and confidence in movement—all from the comfort of a chair! Chair Pilates is ideal for beginners, seniors, individuals with limited mobility or anyone preferring a more gentle workout. Safe for all levels of fitness, this low-impact chair-based exercise routine boosts strength, increases bone density, enhances flexibility, balance and posture, and helps reduce pain.
Join us for a 45-minute session in a friendly and supportive environment that includes:
-Warm-up exercises to prepare your body
-A comprehensive seated Pilates routine targeting key muscle groups, with modifications to suit your pace
-Gentle stretching to enhance flexibility and relaxation
You will be asked to complete a madatory confidential health questionnaire (to be completed yearly). If you have already completed the questionnaire on a previous booking then skip this step.
Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to set up. Chairs are provided at the venue -you may wish to bring a cushion for extra support for your back (optional). Wear fitted comfy clothing -barefoot or grip socks is recommended. Water is provided in the kitchen or bring your own.
