Join Pollyana for a gentle, nourishing yoga practice to release the day from your body, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath. Lie back, close your eyes, and let the sound wash over you as your nervous system softens and your mind grows quiet.

You'll leave feeling grounded, rested and good.

All levels welcome. No experience needed.

Please bring:

Yoga mat
Blanket (you'll cool down as you rest)
Cushion or pillow
Eye mask or scarf for the sound bath

Wear comfortable, warm layers.
