Primary Training Solutions

We provide training to sectors where we have first-hand experience of running businesses. In fact, we started delivering training because we couldn’t find anyone else who understood our needs or the pressures that we all face.

We’ve designed our training packages with experienced trainer, Jon Hall, to give you what you need… with the minimum of fuss.

Our aim is to provide the very highest quality training whilst saving your business workload and time. Our newly-developed courses – combining multiple modules – have been created specifically for the needs of organisations.

Refund policy

Please be advised that for our session to run successfully, we require a minimum of 6 attendees. You will be notified via email if the session is unable to take place due to a lack of interest, which will be 1 week prior to the date of the course.

Where you have made payment at the time of booking, please note that we are unable to refund payment for courses. Instead, your payment will be transferred to the next available/convenient date.

If your employer is being invoiced for your place on the course, please take note of our cancellation terms below:

• If you cancel your place giving 7 days or more notice you will not be charged.
• If you cancel your place giving between 24 hours to 7 days’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the course fee (where ICB subsidary discounts apply to your training, this will be charged in full, not 50%).
• If you cancel your place giving less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged in full.
