-If you cancel up to 48 hours before our session, you will receive a full refund.

-If you cancel up to 24 hours before our session, you will receive a 50% refund.

-If you cancel under 24 hours before our session, I am sorry but I won't be able to process a refund.

If there are extenuating circumstances which is the reason for you wishing to cancel, please do get in touch, as yes I am a small business but I do understand that situations beyond our control can crop up, so please do reach out and I can discuss this with you.

*Also, if you do cancel and I manage to fill the session slot I may be able to offer you an alternative date or part refund.

Now, sadly we can't guarantee that the sea is always ready to welcome us, sometimes the weather or conditions mean that it isn't advisable to swim for safety reasons. We only enter the water if the lifeguards deem it safe to do so. If on checking the forecast prior I need to cancel the session I will refund the full costs back to you or move your session if this is possible and you wish for this.

If we turn up to the beach and if the weather changes or there is another reason which means it is not safe to enter the water, I am sorry I would not be able to refund your session costs but I am a qualifed walk leader and we could go for a walk instead and I will organise another day for you to experience the water for no extra cost.

The refunds will only be for the session costs, if you have any additional costs including accommodation or travel or other related costs, Quirky Adventures UK will not be liable for these costs.
