Kat and Rawia will join forces to deliver this beautiful unique event and hold space throughout the night infusing it with healing sounds and vibrations.
Join us for an immersive overnight journey of healing sound and restful sleep. Throughout the night, we will play a variety of sacred instruments including gongs, crystal bowls, a crystal harp, and shamanic tools, designed to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and inner peace. The soothing vibrations will work gently on your mind, body, and soul, even as you rest or sleep.
Expect to experience profound relaxation, release from stress, and deep rest while your mind lets go of control, allowing the sounds to take over and heal on a cellular level. Some of the many benefits include improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and heightened inner clarity.
As dawn approaches, you will be gently woken up by soothing sounds and vibrations, followed by herbal tea and treats to refresh your body and mind, helping you start your day anew with a sense of calm and renewal.
