Rebel Flow

Rebel Flow Pilates targets the muscles of the body by utilising continuous movement in both stretch and strengthening exercises. These classes are for participants who want to work the body in a functional way while building connection with ourselves and the way we move.

And of course, getting a workout ;)

Rebel Flow's mission is to lower the barrier to entry on Pilates and give space for participants to connect with, strengthen and move their bodies in a non-judgemental, supportive environment.

Whether you like a matching workout set or paint-spattered leggings, Rebel Flow is all about showing up, just as you are. Rebels at the core!

If booking a single class, keep an eye on the date to make sure you're booking the correct one and mind the block-booking policy (no refunds).

HOW TO BOOK
If booking a block of six, simply click on the ticket price you want.

If booking a single class, select the date you want from the "schedule list" and it should take you through to that date's booking page. Then add the ticket to your basket.
