If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout you’ll LOVE Clubbercise®
You'll work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights exercising to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits.
Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels.
You'll use a pair of our trademark flashing LED glow sticks throughout the class, these are both reusable and recyclable so much more environmentally friendly than the single-use ones.
It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.
What should I wear/bring?
Just trainers/sneakers and sportswear/fitness clothing… Neon is optional! And make sure you bring some water.

Each session is £6.00 PAYG. PLEASE NOTE: NON-Refundable. Cancellation/transfer is allowed any time UP TO 24 hours before your booked class. Glow sticks can be purchased in class £5 per pair.
