This gift voucher will secure a space at our luxe Pilates Wellness Retreat. You will stay in a stunning Grade II listed, country mansion over four days (three nights) from the 25th to the 28th of September 2026. A final balance will be required, see event for details.
Terms & Conditions
Voucher Value
This voucher is redeemable as a deposit towards the Pilates Wellness Retreat on the specified event date (25/9-28/9/26) for one individual.
Non-Refundable
All vouchers and deposits are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
Redemption
After purchasing your voucher, simply book on to the Pilates Wellness Retreat -> details and booking and apply the voucher code at checkout.
A remaining balance will be due according to the retreat’s payment schedule.
Validity
Valid only for the retreat stated on the voucher. Cannot be used for future or alternative dates unless agreed by the organiser.
Cancellation
If the attendee cancels, the deposit voucher is forfeited. Standard retreat cancellation terms apply.
Event Changes
In the unlikely event of retreat cancellation or date change by the organiser, the voucher value will be transferred to the new date or refunded at the organiser’s discretion.
