My style of yoga combines flowing movement with the breath and longer holds. I will demonstrate and verbalise everything, the classes start with some centring and then slow joint articulation progressively increasing the movements. We will then flow though the postures generating warmth to enable balances, deeper holds and release.
Above all, there is no pressure, I will provide restorative postures for 'time out' and since we are all unique, so is our individual expression of yoga.
The yoga I teach is practical and I make sense of the practice.
My aim is to encourage more people to roll out a mat for the first time and embark on a journey that could change their lives.
