No refunds issued once booking is made. Where a booking is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice an alternative session will be offered (subject to availability)
If cancellation is made after 24 hours before the session start time no refund and no session transfer will be offered.
Sessions will run in most weather conditions. Where it is deemed too wet or unsafe the session may be modified, relocated or cancelled in which case a session transfer will be given.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel sessions offered (such as instructor illness) Where no suitable alternative is available a refund will be issued.
