A 30 minute embodied breath workshop where we will explore the movement of the breath in the body, learn how to optimise our breath in order to feel calm and grounded.
You'll be sent a zoom link prior to the workshop, please join 5-10 minutes early to sort out any technical issues. You want to be able to sit comfortably for the duration of the workshop, so have some cushions, a chair or a yoga/meditation bolster handy.
