Refund policy

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Once you’ve joined playgroup for the Term, no refunds are applicable. We understand that you may be unable to attend all playgroup sessions due to illness or other commitments; however, your Term payment holds your spot at Roslyn Playgroup and is non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued for yearly membership when required. For those who pay yearly, if you wish to cancel your membership due to a change in circumstance, only the remaining full terms will be refunded. That is, if you cancel partway through Term 2, only Term 3 & 4 will be refunded. All refund requests need to be made to info@roslynplaygroup.com.au

COVID-19 policy
In the event that Playgroup cannot be held due to Covid 19 or any other unforeseen circumstances and the length of closure is significant, a refund or credit for a future term may be issued.
This will be issued where playgroup closed for:
• Less than half the term dates: No refund or credit provided
• More than half the term: 50% refund or credit provided
• Closed for the whole term: 100% refund or credit provided
